Morgan has successfully managed several hundred transactions and listings for realtors in Texas. She is known to be exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and fastidious. Her clients describe her as warm, knowledgeable, and dependable. Morgan is skilled at bringing order to chaos and structure to the messiness of real estate transactions. She started Orderly to provide top tier transaction coordination + compliance management to realtors focused on business growth and delegation of administrative tasks.

Prior to transaction coordinating, Morgan was an elementary school teacher for eight years. She holds a Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Language and Literacy. She is a lifelong learner and passionate about education, teaching, and building relationships.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband, toddler son and Goldendoodle, watching college sports, reading historical fiction and thriller novels with her Book Club, serving at her local church, taking barre classes, and trying new coffee shops!
